Mom’s Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 cups canned pumpkin (or cooked and drained)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp maple flavoring
  • 1  1/2 cup milk
Add all ingredients to a large bowl one at a time beating well after each addition. Fold in milk last. Sprinkle cinnamon across the top.
bake at 350 degrees for about 45  minutes or until the center of the pie is stiff when shaken.
